We understand that we don't always love items after we receive them. We just wanted to let you know that once we sell a product, we have to pay a fee. When a customer returns an item, we pay another fee. If we sell the returned item again, we pay another fee. We appreciate customers that keep returns to a minimum. This helps us keep our prices as low as possible for you, our customer.

Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date. No cash/card refunds will be processed. Your returns will ONLY be processed as in-store credit.

If your items were shipped, you will have to ship the items back to us and we will process the return for in-store credit toward future purchases. Your original shipping charge will not be refunded, even if you decide that you want to return the entire order.

If you are a local pick-up customer, you are welcome to bring your items for return back in-store. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the purchase date. The 10 days starts once your order has been fulfilled.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on the clearance rack or consignment rack are final sale items.

Some items are ineligible for returns completely, due to health and safety issues. These items include makeup, hair items, and leggings. Clothes/shoes that show signs of wear, or have an odor, will not be accepted for returns. Your items must have their original tags/barcodes attached in order to be eligible for return.
